These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at asadevelopment.net (the "Site"), operated by ASA Development Pte Ltd (UEN 201509685M, 20 Maxwell Road, #09-17, Maxwell House, Singapore 069113).

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms do not govern use of our software products (Tagline, Contego, or any other) — those are covered by their own product terms.

The Site provides information about ASA Development, our products, and the services we offer. While we take reasonable care to keep that information accurate and up to date, it is provided "as is" and we make no warranty as to its completeness or fitness for any particular purpose. Pricing, scope, and availability of services described on the Site are subject to change without notice and are not an offer to contract.

The Site, its design, text, images, code, and the trademarks "ASA Development", "Tagline", and "Contego" are owned by or licensed to ASA Development Pte Ltd.
