This Privacy Policy explains how ASA Development Pte Ltd ("ASA Development", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in Singapore with UEN 201509685M and registered office at 20 Maxwell Road, #09-17, Maxwell House, Singapore 069113, collects, uses, and protects personal data submitted through this website (asadevelopment.net).

Our processing of personal data is governed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Where Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 apply (for example to Tagline customers in Australia), we comply with those principles as well. Product-specific privacy practices for our software products are described in the relevant product's own privacy policy (see Tagline at tagline.cloud/privacy.html).

What we collect

When you contact us through this website, we collect the information you voluntarily provide, including:

• Your name and email address
• Your company name, if you choose to provide it
• The content of your message
• The interest category you selected (if any)

We also collect standard technical information through our hosting provider, including IP address, browser user agent, and request timestamps. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

We use the personal data you submit only for the purpose of responding to your enquiry, providing information you requested, and discussing potential engagements. We do not sell personal data to third parties and do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.

How we store it

Messages submitted through the contact form are transmitted to our email provider (Resend, operated by Resend, Inc., United States) for delivery to our internal inbox. The hosting infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare Pages. Both providers are bound by their own contractual data-protection obligations.

Email correspondence is retained for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide a response and maintain records of business communications. Where we do not enter into a formal engagement, we will delete personal data on request.

Disclosure

We do not disclose personal data to third parties except (a) to the service providers listed above for the purpose of delivering your message, (b) where required by law or competent authority, or (c) with your consent.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of it, and withdraw consent for further processing. To exercise these rights or to raise a concern, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@asadevelopment.net.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking purposes. Cookies that may be set by Cloudflare for routing and security purposes are described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
